The invention provides a pre-bending force prediction method and system for a pre-bending composite beam and a construction method. The pre-bending force prediction method comprises the steps that mechanical parameters of the pre-bending composite beam are obtained; the mechanical parameters are input into a pre-bending force prediction model, the pre-bending force prediction model determines a first relation between the pre-bending force and the first lower edge stress of the steel beam based on the mechanical parameters, and determines a second relation between the pre-bending force and the safety coefficient of the steel beam based on the first relation, the pre-bending force prediction model determines a third relation between the pre-bending force and the first upper edge stress of the concrete bridge deck based on the mechanical parameters, and determines a fourth relation between the pre-bending force and the safety coefficient of the concrete bridge deck based on the third relation; determining a pre-bending force value when the safety coefficient of the concrete bridge deck slab is equal to the safety coefficient of the steel beam based on the second relation and the fourth relation; and applying a pre-bending force to the steel beam of the pre-bent composite beam based on the determined pre-bending force value. According to the method, the pre-bending force of the pre-bending composite beam can be accurately predicted, so that reliable construction of the pre-bending composite beam can be ensured.
本发明提供一种预弯组合梁的预弯力预测方法、系统及施工方法,包括:获取预弯组合梁的力学参数;将力学参数输入至预弯力预测模型,预弯力预测模型基于力学参数确定预弯力与钢梁的第一下缘应力之间的第一关系,基于第一关系确定预弯力与钢梁的安全系数之间的第二关系,预弯力预测模型基于力学参数确定预弯力与混凝土桥面板的第一上缘应力之间的第三关系,基于第三关系确定预弯力与混凝土桥面板的安全系数之间的第四关系;基于第二关系和第四关系确定混凝土桥面板的安全系数与钢梁的安全系数相等时的预弯力值;基于确定的预弯力值为预弯组合梁的钢梁施加预弯力。本发明能够准确的预测预弯组合梁的预弯力,进而可确保预弯组合梁的可靠施工。
