The invention provides a pre-bending construction method of a pre-bending composite beam. The pre-bending construction method comprises the steps that steel beam erection is completed; acquiring mechanical parameters of the steel beam and the composite beam; determining first steel beam upper edge stress and first steel beam lower edge stress under the first beam-plate construction mode, and determining second steel beam upper edge stress and second steel beam lower edge stress under the one-time bridge forming erection construction mode; respectively determining a first relation and a second relation between the upper edge stress of the third steel beam and the pre-bending moment and between the lower edge stress of the third steel beam and the pre-bending moment under the action of lifting and overlapping construction, determining the upper edge stress of the fourth steel beam under the action of the dead weight of the steel beam, and determining a third relation between the upper edge stress of the third steel beam and other upper edge stress; a fourth relation between the third steel beam lower edge stress and other lower edge stress is determined, and the pre-bending moment is determined based on the first relation, the second relation, the third relation and the fourth relation; and the steel beams are lifted, bridge deck slabs are installed, and bridge deck slab wet joints are poured. According to the method, waste of construction cost is avoided on the premise that reasonable stress of the steel beam is guaranteed.
本发明提供一种预弯组合梁的预弯施工方法,包括:完成钢梁架设;获取钢梁和组合梁的力学参数;确定先梁后板施工方式下的第一钢梁上缘应力和第一钢梁下缘应力,确定一次成桥架设施工方式下的第二钢梁上缘应力和第二钢梁下缘应力,分别确定提拉叠合施工作用下的第三钢梁上缘应力、第三钢梁下缘应力与预弯弯矩的第一关系和第二关系,确定钢梁自重作用下的第四钢梁上缘应力,确定第三钢梁上缘应力与其他上缘应力的第三关系,确定第三钢梁下缘应力与其他下缘应力的第四关系,基于第一关系、第二关系、第三关系和第四关系确定预弯弯矩;对钢梁进行提拉、桥面板安装,浇筑桥面板湿接缝。该方法在保证钢梁受力合理的前提下避免了施工成本的浪费。
