The invention relates to the technical field of solid waste resource utilization, and discloses a preparation method of an alkaline residue-fly ash based geopolymer cementing material, which comprises the following steps: 1, grinding phosphorus tailing sand and alkaline residue, and uniformly mixing with fly ash to obtain precursor powder; 2, sodium silicate powder, sodium hydroxide particles and water are prepared into an alkali activator solution with the modulus of 1-2, and the alkali activator solution is stored in a bottle for standing; step 3, uniformly mixing the precursor powder with an alkali activator to obtain slurry; fourthly, slurry is injected into the mold, and the mold is placed on a cement mortar compaction table to be vibrated to be flat; and 5, curing the sample in a curing box to obtain the geopolymer cementing material. According to the geopolymer cementing material, the phosphorus tailing sand, the fly ash and the alkaline residues are used as main raw materials, utilization of solid waste resources is achieved, the preparation process is simple, the production cost is low, and the prepared geopolymer cementing material has high compression resistance and high temperature resistance.
本发明涉及固废资源化利用技术领域,公开了一种碱渣‑粉煤灰基地聚物胶凝材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、将磷尾矿砂、碱渣研磨后与粉煤灰混合均匀,得到前驱体粉末;步骤二、硅酸钠粉末、氢氧化钠颗粒与水配置成模数为1‑2的碱激发剂溶液,保存瓶内静置;步骤三、将上述的前驱体粉末与碱激发剂混合均匀,得到浆体;步骤四、注入浆体在模具内,放置于水泥胶砂振实台振平;步骤五、试样进行养护箱养护,得到地聚物胶凝材料。本发明以磷尾矿砂、粉煤灰、碱渣为主要原料,实现了固废资源的利用,且制备工艺简单,生产成本低,而且制备的地聚物胶凝材料具有高强的抗压性能和耐高温性能。
