The invention provides a multi-pile-leg self-walking maritime work platform and a self-walking method.The maritime work platform comprises a platform body, and the platform body comprises a first side edge and a second side edge; the two groups of walking modules are respectively connected with the first side edge and the second side edge in a sliding manner; the multiple sets of main body pile legs are arranged in the platform body in a penetrating mode; the first lifting mechanisms are connected with one group of main pile legs corresponding to the first lifting mechanisms; the multiple sets of walking pile legs are arranged on the two sets of walking modules in a penetrating mode correspondingly; each second lifting mechanism is connected with one group of walking pile legs corresponding to the second lifting mechanism; and the two driving mechanisms are arranged on the platform body and connected with the corresponding walking modules correspondingly, and the driving mechanisms are used for driving the platform body and the corresponding walking modules to slide relatively in the first direction. The maritime work platform can automatically move in a water area with the shallow water depth, and the working efficiency of the platform is effectively improved.
