The invention discloses a high-speed railway ballastless track roadbed frost heaving deformation test system and method. The system comprises a track-roadbed structure model, a roadbed surface temperature control system, a moisture supply system, a high-speed train load simulation loading system and a roadbed monitoring system. The track-roadbed structure model is copied according to the proportion of 1: 1; the roadbed surface temperature control system comprises a cold temperature plate fully covering the surface of the roadbed structure, a refrigerating unit connected with the cold temperature plate through a pipeline, and a temperature control system connected with the refrigerating unit, and a track plate of the track-roadbed structure model is laid on the cold temperature plate; the water supply system is arranged at the bottom of the roadbed to supply constant-temperature water to the roadbed according to actual needs; the high-speed train load simulation loading system comprises a traveling frame, a vibration exciter and a balancing weight which are carried by the traveling frame, and a force sensor arranged between a frame body of the traveling frame and a wheel axle, and wheels of the traveling frame can travel along a track and can be fixed to the designated position of the track through a rail clamp; the roadbed monitoring system is used for detecting the real-time state of the roadbed in the working state of the high-speed train load simulation loading system. The system can truly represent the whole frost heaving deformation inoculation process, continuously observe the frost heaving deformation formation and development process macroscopically and microcosmically, reveal the occurrence, development and change rules of the frost heaving deformation of the ballastless track roadbed of the high-speed railway, explore the frost heaving deformation inoculation mechanism of the ballastless track roadbed and the generated threshold conditions, and improve the working efficiency of the ballastless track roadbed. And an experimental basis is provided for roadbed frost heaving prevention and control.
本发明公开了一种高速铁路无砟轨道路基冻胀变形试验系统及方法,系统包括轨道‑路基结构模型、路基表面温度控制系统、水分补给系统、高速列车荷载模拟加载系统以及路基监测系统;轨道‑路基结构模型为1:1比例复制;路基表面温度控制系统包括全覆盖于路基结构表面的冷温板及其通过管路连接的制冷机组,及制冷机组连接的温度控制系统,轨道‑路基结构模型的轨道板铺设于冷温板上;水分补给系统设置于路基底部,以根据实际需要给路基补充恒温水;高速列车荷载模拟加载系统包括行车架及其搭载的激振器和配重块,及行车架的架体与车轮轮轴之间设置的力传感器,行车架的车轮可沿轨道行走,可通过夹轨钳固定于轨道的指定位置;路基监测系统用于检测路基在高速列车荷载模拟加载系统工作状态下的实时状态。本系统可真实再现冻胀变形孕育发生全过程,并从宏观和微观对冻胀变形形成与发展过程进行持续观测,揭示高速铁路无砟轨道路基冻胀变形的发生、发展及变化规律,探索无砟轨道路基冻胀变形孕育机理及产生的阀值条件,为路基冻胀防控提供实验基础。
