The invention discloses a local replacement reinforcing method applied to a concrete column. The local replacement reinforcing method comprises the following steps that a, a replacement reinforcing part of a defective concrete column is divided into at least four replacement concrete areas according to the size of the defective concrete column, and sequencing is carried out; b, a pressure-bearing steel part is customized, and steel base plates are correspondingly welded to the upper end and the lower end of the pressure-bearing steel part; c, a first concrete replacement area is subjected to concrete removal operation, and original longitudinal steel bars in the column are reserved; d, the pressure-bearing steel part is installed in the first concrete replacement area; e, according to the set sequence and the steps c-d, concrete removal and pressure-bearing steel part installation are carried out on the rest concrete replacement areas in sequence; f, a pouring formwork is supported, and concrete pouring is carried out; and g, concrete curing is carried out. Through the step design, the local replacement reinforcing method applied to the concrete column has the advantages of being convenient to construct, simple in supporting structure, short in construction period and low in cost.
