The invention provides lithium slag ceramsite as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of solid waste treatment and inorganic lightweight aggregate preparation. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing lithium slag, clay, a foaming agent and a fluxing agent to form a raw material, wherein the foaming agent comprises silicon carbide and fluoride minerals; mixing and stirring an alkaline solution and the raw materials, and drying to form a viscous material; the viscous material is subjected to granulation, and material balls are obtained; and drying and sintering the pellets to form the lithium slag ceramsite. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, proper viscosity can be generated on the surface of the ceramsite to wrap gas generated by a foaming agent, so that the ceramsite is expanded and foamed to form the ceramsite with uniform pores, and in addition, the usage amount of clay and silicon carbide is effectively reduced by improving the raw materials, so that the production cost is reduced. Meanwhile, the problems that a large amount of lithium slag occupies a stacking site and pollutes the environment in the industrial production process are solved.
本公开提供一种锂渣陶粒及其制备方法、应用,属于固废处理及无机轻集料制备技术领域。制备方法包括:将锂渣、粘土、发泡剂、助熔剂混合形成原料,所述发泡剂包括碳化硅与氟化矿物;将碱性溶液与所述原料混合搅拌、干燥,形成粘性料;对所述粘性料造粒,得到料球;对所述料球干燥、烧结处理,形成锂渣陶粒。本公开的制备方法可以使陶粒表面产生适宜大小的粘度以包裹住发泡剂产生的气体,使其膨胀发泡,形成具有均匀气孔的陶粒,另外,通过对原料改进有效降低粘土及碳化硅的使用量,同时解决了工业生产过程中大量的锂渣占用堆放场地、污染环境等问题。
