The invention discloses a quartz fiber reinforced SiO2-BN multiphase ceramic composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of ceramic composite materials. The ceramic composite material provided by the invention is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by volume: 45-55% of a quartz fiber woven part, 40-48% of SiO2 and 5-7% of BN. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly carrying out heat treatment on a quartz fiber woven part, then carrying out dipping curing twice in a silica sol solution, and then carrying out dipping curing twice with borazine to obtain the SiO2f/SiO2-BN composite material. The composite material disclosed by the invention is excellent in mechanical property, simple in preparation process, relatively low in preparation cost and relatively small in loss of mechanical property and thermophysical property, meets the requirements of spaceflight and high-end weaponry on material performance, and has a very good application prospect in the fields of spaceflight radomes and high-end weaponry.
本发明公开了一种石英纤维增强SiO2‑BN复相陶瓷复合材料及其制备方法和应用,属于陶瓷复合材料领域。本发明的陶瓷复合材料,由以下体积分数的原料制备而成:45~55%的石英纤维编织件、40%~48%的SiO2、5%~7%的BN。将石英纤维编织件先通过热处理,然后在硅溶胶溶液中进行两次浸渍固化,再用硼吖嗪进行两次浸渍固化,得到SiO2f/SiO2‑BN复合材料。本发明的复合材料力学性能优异,制备工艺简单、制备成本较低,并且其力学性能、热物理性能损失较小,符合航天及高端武器装备对材料性能要求,在航天天线罩及高端武器装备领域具有很好的应用前景。
