The invention discloses a preparation method of a sintering-free municipal sludge filler. Comprising the following steps: sieving dried municipal sludge and low-sodium fly ash to 200 meshes or below; the preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing pretreated municipal sludge, fly ash, clay, a binder, calcium oxide and crushed straw in proportion, adding water accounting for 30% of the weight of the material, and fully and uniformly stirring to form a muddy raw material; foaming the muddy raw material, filling the muddy raw material into a silica gel mold, continuously vibrating the mold, and discharging bubbles; naturally solidifying the filled mold into spherical ceramsite at room temperature; and separating the solidified spherical ceramsite from the silica gel mold, and curing at room temperature. The municipal sludge is used as a main raw material, the fly ash, the clay and other auxiliary materials are combined, a sintering-free method is used for preparing the water treatment filler, a large amount of sludge is consumed in the preparation process, and sludge reduction and sludge resource utilization are achieved.
本发明公开一种免烧结市政污泥填料的制备方法。包括如下步骤：将干燥的市政污泥和低钠粉煤灰过筛至200目以下；将经过预处理后的市政污泥、粉煤灰、粘土、粘结剂、氧化钙及碎秸秆按比例混合均匀，加入材料重量30％的水，充分搅匀，形成泥状生料；将泥状生料发泡后填入硅胶模具中，并不断震荡模具，排出气泡；将填充好的模具在室温下自然凝固为球状陶粒；将凝固的球状陶粒从硅胶模具中脱离出来，在室温下进行养护。本发明以市政污泥为主要原料，结合粉煤灰、粘土等辅助材料，使用免烧结方法制备水处理填料的工艺方法，制备过程消耗大量污泥，实现污泥减量化以及污泥资源化利用。
