The invention discloses a movable disturbance desilting platform adjusting device, which relates to the technical field of desilting and comprises a ship body, a mounting groove is formed in the tail part of the ship body, a connecting rod is rotatably connected in the mounting groove, a disturbance rake head is arranged at the end part of the connecting rod, and a traction device and an adjusting mechanism are arranged on the ship body. The height of the disturbance drag head is adjusted through the traction device so as to make contact with silt deposited in areas such as a harbor basin or a riverbed, the disturbance drag head is driven by the ship body to move, and the silt is subjected to mechanical disturbance or pneumatic disturbance through the disturbance drag head, so that the deposited silt suspends again, floats upwards to the water surface and then flows away along with water flow; and the direction of the traction device for pulling the connecting rod is adjusted to be perpendicular to the connecting rod through the adjusting mechanism, so that traction force provided by the traction device is completely used for pulling the connecting rod to drive the disturbance rake head to rotate, and compared with the prior art, the power of the traction device during working can be reduced, and energy waste is reduced.
