Construction method for quickly lengthening and setting long pile casing
The invention discloses a construction method for rapid lengthening and positioning of a long pile casing. The construction method comprises the steps that firstly, an adapter is installed on a drill rod of a rotary drilling rig; secondly, a first steel casing in the steel casings is hoisted to the preset construction position, and the upper end of the first steel casing is connected to the adapter; thirdly, the rotary drilling rig is started to drive the first steel casing to rotate and be inserted into the soil layer till the first steel casing falls to the first preset depth; fourthly, the first steel casing is separated from the adapter, and the adapter is lifted; fifthly, a second steel casing in the steel casings is hoisted to the preset construction position, the upper end of the second steel casing is connected with an adapter of the rotary drilling machine, and the lower end of the second steel casing is connected with the upper end of the first steel casing; and 6, the rotary excavating drill is started to drive the second steel casing to rotate and be inserted into the soil layer till the second steel casing falls to a second preset depth. The device has the effect of reducing deformation of the steel casing in the falling process.
