Method for building basement through checkerboard type layout open caisson method
The invention provides a method for building a basement through a checkerboard type layout open caisson method. The open caisson method can be applied to large-size basement buildings. The method comprises the following steps that (1) a basement to be built is divided into A type grid units and B type grid units, the plane boundaries of the grid units are located at the position of a column grid, and the two types of grid units are distributed at intervals in a chessboard mode; the inner structures of the A-type and B-type grid units adopt an open caisson type; (2) the A-type grid units are constructed firstly through an open caisson method, and at the moment, the areas of the B-type grid units are not excavated temporarily; (3) after the A-type grid units are constructed, the adjacent corner columns are connected into a whole; (4) a prefabricated basement outer wall in the B1-type grid unit is constructed, and the prefabricated basement outer wall is in lap joint with a permanent basement outer wall of the A-type grid unit beside the prefabricated basement outer wall; the B2-type grid units are enclosed by the open caissons of the A-type grid units on the periphery to naturally form a closed space; (5) adopting an open caisson method to construct a B-type grid unit, and after the construction is completed, completely closing the peripheral wall body outside the basement, forming a complete force transmission path by an internal frame, and at the moment, keeping the whole basement structure stable; and (6) structural member construction is conducted till all basement structures are constructed, and finally the temporary steel truss walls are dismantled.
本发明提供一种棋盘式布局沉井法建造地下室的方法,可将沉井法应用于大尺寸的地下室建筑中。本发明包括如下步骤:(1)将拟建造的地下室划分为A类和B类这两类网格单元,网格单元的平面边界位于柱网的位置,两类网格单元为棋盘式间隔分布;A类和B类网格单元内结构采用沉井型式;(2)采用沉井法先施工A类网格单元,此时B类网格单元的区域暂未开挖;(3)待A类网格单元施工完毕后,将其相邻的角柱连为整体;(4)施工B1类网格单元中的预制地下室外墙,预制地下室外墙与旁边A类网格单元的永久地下室外墙搭接;B2类网格单元由四周A类网格单元的沉井围合后自然地形成封闭空间;(5)采用沉井法施工B类网格单元,待其完成后,地下室外部四周墙体完全封闭,内部框架也形成完整的传力路径,此时地下室结构整体能够保持稳定;(6)进行结构构件施工,直至全部地下室结构施工完毕,最后拆除临时钢桁架墙。
