The support-free fully-prefabricated floor slab comprises a floor slab body and a stress longitudinal bar, the floor slab body is rectangular, the stress longitudinal bar is arranged in the floor slab body in the slab span direction, and the two ends of the stress longitudinal bar penetrate out of the laying edge of the floor slab body and are bent to form U-shaped parts; convex rabbets are formed in the bottoms of the splicing edges of the floor slab bodies, and cup-shaped grooves are formed in the splicing positions of the adjacent floor slab bodies. According to the support-free fully-prefabricated floor slab, the stress longitudinal bars penetrate through the floor slab body in the whole process, the bent U-shaped parts are exposed, and concrete is poured on the structural beams through the U-shaped parts of the stress longitudinal bars, so that stable joint connection is formed between the whole floor slab and the structural beams, and the shear-resistant bearing capacity of beam-slab joints is improved; the complete stress longitudinal bars can reliably transmit the horizontal shearing force of the floors, so that the full-prefabricated floor slab serves as a continuous slab to be applied to industrial high-rise buildings, and the core technical problem that a full-prefabricated slab cannot be applied to buildings with more than 50 floors is solved.
