The invention relates to a preparation method for self-propagating synthesis of magnesium silicon nitride powder, which comprises the following steps: weighing the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30-50% of magnesium powder and 50-70% of silicon nitride powder, a diluent accounting for 0-20% of the total mass of the mixture of the magnesium powder and the silicon nitride powder, and an additive accounting for 1-10% of the total mass of the mixture of the magnesium powder and the silicon nitride powder, mixing the weighed raw materials in a mixer for 1-10 hours, fully and uniformly mixing; loading the uniformly mixed powder into a self-propagating reactor, vacuumizing, then filling high-purity N2 to a preset pressure, and carrying out an ignition reaction by electrifying and igniting to carry out a self-propagating combustion synthesis reaction; and after the combustion reaction is completed, naturally cooling to room temperature, releasing the pressure in the reactor to obtain a blocky product, and further finely grinding to obtain the magnesium silicon nitride powder. The process method is simple, energy-saving and efficient, external energy sources are not needed except ignition, and the reaction is rapid; the method is simple in equipment, low in production cost, short in period and more suitable for industrial production, and the synthesized silicon magnesium nitride powder has the characteristics of high purity, high activity and the like.
本发明涉及一种自蔓延合成氮化硅镁粉体的制备方法,包括:按质量百分比计,称取原料30%~50%的镁粉和50~70%的氮化硅粉,稀释剂为镁粉与氮化硅粉混合物总质量的0~20%,添加剂为镁粉与氮化硅粉混合物总质量的1~10%,将上述称取好的原料在混料机中混合1h~10h,使其充分混合均匀;将混合均匀的粉体装入自蔓延反应器中,抽真空,然后充入高纯N2,充到预定压力,经通电点火点燃反应,进行自蔓延燃烧合成反应;燃烧反应完成后,自然冷却至室温,释放反应器内的压力,得到块状产物,经进一步细磨处理,得到氮化硅镁粉体。本发明工艺方法简单,节能高效,除点火外不需要外部能源,反应快速;设备简单、生产成本低、周期短、更适于工业化生产,合成的氮化硅镁粉体具有高纯度、高活性等特点。
