The invention discloses a wide-surface inclined buoyancy self-release foundation structure and a construction method thereof.The construction method includes the steps that a rectangular groove with an inclined bottom surface is excavated in undisturbed soil, a hydrophobic foundation is laid in the rectangular groove, and side plugging concrete is constructed on the outer side of the hydrophobic foundation; a drainage blind ditch, a water collecting well, a water outlet pipe, a water pressure detector and a shallow-buried drainage pipe are constructed in the drainage foundation. Groundwater is collected through the water collecting well, water buoyancy resistance is converted into water resource dredging through the blind ditch drain pipe and the shallow-buried drain pipe, the problems that traditional anti-floating methods such as additional arrangement of uplift piles and uplift anchor rods and increase of self weight are high in construction cost and consume the construction period are solved, meanwhile, the underground water pressure is reduced after dredging, the osmotic pressure is further reduced, and the construction period is shortened. Therefore, the leakage risk of the basement is reduced, and the waterproof performance of a building is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种广面倾斜式浮力自释放基础结构及其施工方法,在原状土上挖掘一个倾斜底面的矩形槽,并在矩形槽内铺设疏水基础,疏水基础的外侧施工侧部封堵混凝土,在疏水基础内施工排水盲沟、集水井、出水管、水压检测器和浅埋疏水管。通过集水井收集地下水,并通过盲沟疏水管和浅埋疏水管由抵抗水浮力转换为疏导水资源,解决了传统的加设抗拔桩、抗拔锚杆、增加自重等抗浮方法施工成本高且耗费工期的问题,同时地下水压力受疏导后减小,进一步降低了渗透压,从而降低了地下室渗漏的风险,对建筑物防水性能有较大的提升。
