The invention discloses a sawtooth anti-slide pile or retaining wall mechanical hole forming method which comprises the steps that a conical drill assembly and a vertical drill assembly are sequentially arranged on a drilling machine from top to bottom, and deslagging systems are arranged on the conical drill assembly and the vertical drill assembly; a telescopic rod of a horizontal hydraulic cylinder is in a standby state with the minimum stroke, and a vertical drilling assembly is controlled to drill and dig the rock-soil body downwards to the designed depth of a vertical hole; meanwhile, a power assembly and a horizontal hydraulic cylinder of the conical drill assembly are started, a telescopic rod of the horizontal hydraulic cylinder extends to drive a conical drill to move laterally, and the power assembly drives a cutter head assembly to rotate to drill and dig the rock-soil body so as to form a conical hole; a vertical pile hole or a vertical wall groove is formed by drilling a vertical hole; a component force block hole is formed by drilling a conical bore. The method has the advantages that component force block holes are drilled and dug in the rock-soil body through the conical drill, and the bending resistance of the slide-resistant pile or the retaining wall is improved; the vertical pile or wall and the component force block in the rock-soil body can form holes at a time without other mechanical assistance.
