The invention provides an actuating assembly and an oil filling port/charging port flip cover assembly. The actuating assembly comprises a driving piece and a power assisting mechanism. The driving part is configured to be capable of rotating in the first direction and the second direction, and the rotating directions of the first direction rotation and the second direction rotation are opposite. The power assisting mechanism is configured to provide thrust for the driving part to rotate in the first direction and the second direction. The actuation assembly is used for actuating the flap of the oil filler/charging port, the rotation in the first direction can respond to manual unlocking of the flap, and the rotation in the second direction can respond to manual closing of the flap. When an operator manually unlocks the turning cover or manually pushes the turning cover, the power assisting mechanism can provide additional force in the rotating direction of the driving part, resistance generated when the transmission part is manually driven is overcome, and therefore manual operation of the operator is easier.
