The invention relates to an outer wall external thermal insulation foamed ceramic with an ultralow heat conductivity coefficient and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of thermal insulation materials. The preparation method of the outer wall external thermal insulation foamed ceramic with the ultralow heat conductivity coefficient comprises the following steps: (1) mixing boron carbide, iron oxide, fluorite, albite and potassium feldspar to obtain a mixture; (2) carrying out ball milling on the mixture to obtain mixed powder I; (3) uniformly stirring the mixed powder I and aluminum nitride powder to prepare a foaming agent; (4) ball-milling the solid waste raw material into solid waste powder; (5) mixing a foaming agent, the solid waste powder and water, and uniformly stirring to prepare mixed powder II; (6) pressing the mixed powder II into a green body; and (7) sintering the green body to obtain the foamed ceramic. The prepared foamed ceramic has the structural characteristic that small holes surround large holes, can take density, strength, heat conductivity coefficient and other indexes into consideration, meets the requirements of the national standard of foamed ceramic for external thermal insulation of exterior walls, and can be used for external thermal insulation of the exterior walls.
