Anti-overturning system for bridge swivel
The invention discloses an anti-overturning system for bridge rotation. The anti-overturning system comprises an annular rail, a rotating disc, a supporting frame, a driving device and a limiting mechanism. The annular track is connected to the top face of the pier column through a screw and coaxially arranged on the peripheral side of the lower spherical hinge in a sleeving mode. The whole rotating disc is of an annular structure and is coaxially and rotatably arranged on the annular track, supporting frames are arranged at the four corners, corresponding to the bridge, of the top face of the rotating disc, spherical hinge bases are arranged at the two ends of each supporting frame, and driving devices are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the supporting frames, of the top face of the rotating disc and used for driving the spherical hinge bases at the lower ends of the supporting frames to move; the limiting mechanism comprises a plurality of guide plates arranged on the top face of the rotating disc in an array mode and limiting blocks arranged in pairs, and the guide plates are arranged between the two limiting blocks arranged in pairs in a penetrating mode. According to the scheme, the supporting stability of the bridge can be improved, installation can be carried out by directly utilizing the original pier column, an independent supporting foundation does not need to be arranged, and the construction cost and the construction efficiency can be effectively reduced.
一种桥梁转体用抗倾覆系统,包括:环形轨道、转动盘、支撑架、驱动装置及限位机构。环形轨道采用螺杆连接于墩柱的顶面,且同轴套设于下球铰的外周侧;转动盘整体为环形结构,其同轴转动设于环形轨道上,转动盘的顶面对应桥梁的四个角均设有支撑架,支撑架的两端均设有球型铰接座,转动盘的顶面对应每根支撑架均设有驱动装置,用于驱动支撑架下端的球型铰接座移动;限位机构包括阵列设于转动盘顶面的多块导向板,以及成对设置的限位块,导向板穿设于成对设置的两块限位块之间。本方案可而提高对桥梁的支撑稳定性,并且直接利用原本的墩柱便可进行安装,无需设置单独的支撑基础,能有效降低施工成本及施工效率。
