The invention provides a construction method of a large-span truss net special-shaped steel roof structure. The construction method comprises the steps of steel structure roof assembling and steel structure roof lifting. According to the construction method, the construction orderliness, reliability, efficiency and the like of the steel structure roof are guaranteed by adopting a partitioned accumulative lifting mode, the site limitation of a site when a large-span whole steel structure is assembled, the complexity of hanging point arrangement and lifter arrangement when the large-span whole steel structure is lifted and the like are avoided, and the construction quality of the large-span whole steel structure roof is guaranteed; by means of the mode that the lifting platform is arranged at the end of the lifting module, it is simplified that a complex supporting rack is installed on a civil engineering structure before a steel structure is assembled, the installation cost of temporary facilities is saved, meanwhile, a more sufficient working face is provided for assembling of a steel structure roof, and operation convenience is improved; and the hanging points can be conveniently and flexibly added on the steel structure roof, the deformation deflection control between the hanging points is facilitated, and the large length error between the assembly rod pieces caused by inconsistent deformation is prevented.
