The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and provides a latticed column hoisting in-place construction method which comprises the following steps: controlling the elevation of a latticed column according to the elevation of the bottom surface of concrete at the bottom of a cup foundation; determining the mounting positions of latticed columns on the top surface and the inner side of the cup foundation; measuring and determining the spacing distance between each side concrete side wall of the bottom of the cup foundation and each side wall of the column foot of the lattice column, and marking on the top surface of the cup foundation; first supporting structures corresponding to the spacing distances are arranged on the periphery of the column foot of the latticed column; the latticed column is hoisted, so that column feet of the latticed column are supported in the cup foundation, and all the first supporting structures are supported on the corresponding concrete side walls; and aligning and fixing the periphery of the top of the cup foundation and the latticed column by using a second supporting structure. The problems that in a traditional scheme, the correction time of the latticed column is long, the hoisting qualification rate is low, and the construction efficiency is low can be effectively solved, the construction stability of the latticed column is guaranteed, the construction speed is effectively increased, and the construction cost is reduced.
