The method comprises the following steps: testing the recycled RAP material to obtain RAP material grading parameters; testing the newly added material to obtain the grading parameters of the newly added material; establishing a calculation formula of each volume parameter of the recycled drainage asphalt mixture, establishing an equation according to a quantitative relationship of each volume parameter in the recycled drainage asphalt mixture, and solving the equation under a designed void ratio to obtain a mass ratio of newly-added coarse and fine aggregates; fitting according to the mass ratio of the newly-added coarse aggregate to the newly-added fine aggregate to obtain the recycled drainage asphalt mixture gradation; and testing the void ratio of the recycled drainage asphalt mixture, and finishing the grading design when the actually measured void ratio is within the range of +/-1% of the designed void ratio. According to the method, the characteristics of the RAP material are fully considered while the grading design method is simplified, so that the grading design is more reasonable, and the grading design efficiency is improved.
