The invention discloses a preparation method of high-density corrosion-resistant fused quartz ceramic, which comprises the following steps: mixing quartz particles, a modifier and deionized water, carrying out ball milling to obtain fused quartz fine slurry, and adding a homogenizer for homogenizing to obtain modified fused quartz slurry; adding a dispersing agent, quartz particles with different meshes and alpha-Si3N4 ceramic powder into the modified fused quartz slurry, then adding a monomer, a cross-linking agent and a pH regulator, and carrying out mixing and ball milling to obtain fused quartz mixed slurry; carrying out vacuum defoaming on the fused quartz mixed slurry, adding an initiator, injecting into a mold, heating in a water bath, curing, molding, demolding and drying to obtain a fused quartz ceramic green body; and finally, discharging glue and sintering in the air to obtain the high-density corrosion-resistant fused quartz ceramic material. The prepared quartz ceramic is reasonable in grain composition, high in sintering density, good in corrosion resistance, almost free of adhesion phenomenon, long in service life, simple in preparation process, low in cost and suitable for industrial production.
本发明公开了一种高致密度耐腐蚀熔融石英陶瓷的制备方法,包括:先取石英颗粒、改性剂、去离子水混合,球磨得到熔融石英细浆料,然后加入均化剂均化得到改性熔融石英浆料;将分散剂、不同目数石英颗粒以及α‑Si3N4陶瓷粉末加入到改性熔融石英浆料,再加入单体、交联剂、pH调节剂混合球磨得到熔融石英混合浆料;将熔融石英混合浆料经真空除泡,加入引发剂后,注入模具水浴加热,固化成型,脱模后干燥得到得到熔融石英陶瓷生坯;最后在空气中经排胶烧结得到高致密度耐腐蚀熔融石英陶瓷材料。本发明制备的石英陶瓷颗粒级配合理,烧结致密度高,耐腐蚀性好,几乎不发生粘附现象,使用寿命长,且制备工艺简单,成本低,适合工业化生产。
