The combined joint comprises a cover plate, mortise and tenon fixing structures and an axial variable-stiffness friction mild steel damper, the cover plate plays a role in achieving an external preliminary waterproof effect, the upper mortise and tenon fixing structures and the lower mortise and tenon fixing structures are arranged at steel shells at the two ends of the joint, and the mortise and tenon structures at the two ends are inserted in an aligned mode during tunnel connection; pre-stressed steel bars are embedded under the end steel shells; the two axial variable-stiffness friction mild steel dampers absorb energy when the joints are disturbed by external force, so that a damping effect is achieved; and a plurality of water-stop belts are arranged, so that the tunnel joint has good waterproofness.
本发明公开一种应用于悬浮隧道的组合式接头,包括盖板、榫卯固定结构和轴向型变刚度摩擦软钢阻尼器,盖板的作用是起到外部初步防水效果,接头两端端钢壳处设置上下榫卯固定结构,隧道连接时两端榫卯结构对齐插入,在端钢壳下埋入预应力钢筋;通过两个轴向型变刚度摩擦软钢阻尼器在接头处受外力发生挠动时吸收能量,起到减震作用;并通过多道止水带的设置,使隧道接头有良好的防水性。
