The present invention relates to a device capable of recycling sewage generated from a commode or the like as washing water for a toilet with an attached washing valve, the device having a structure in which a new small water tank is provided above a toilet washing valve in a toilet with an attached washing valve. A booster pump, a water level sensor A, a water level sensor B and a human detection sensor are arranged in a small water tank, a water collecting tank and a storage tank are connected through a transfer pipe connected with the pump, and water is supplied to the small water tank through a discharge pipe by means of the function of the water level sensor in the storage tank and the functions of the pump and a first electromagnetic valve. When the water level sensor B confirms that no water exists in the small water tank, the first electromagnetic valve is opened and the pump in the storage tank works, and when the water level sensor A detects that the small water tank is full of water, the pump in the storage tank stops working and the first electromagnetic valve is closed. Therefore, the device disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of economy, environmental protection and remarkable water-saving effect.
