The refractory material specifically comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-30 parts of corundum, 15-30 parts of aluminum oxide, 15-30 parts of magnesium oxide, 4-6 parts of a water reducing agent, 5-10 parts of a plasticizer, 15-30 parts of a gelling agent, 10-15 parts of a dispergator, 4-6 parts of a coagulant, 4-6 parts of a retarder, 5-10 parts of a delayed coagulant, 5-10 parts of a foaming agent, 3-6 parts of a defoaming agent, 4-6 parts of a shrink-proof agent, 5-8 parts of a preservative, 2-4 parts of an inhibitor and the balance of water. By arranging the water reducer, the mixing water consumption can be remarkably reduced under the condition that the flow value of the refractory castable is basically unchanged, the plasticity of a refractory material mixture can be improved by the plasticizer, the strain capacity of pug under the stress effect is improved, a colloidal solution can be coagulated by the gelling agent, and the viscosity of the pug is improved. The gelling agent is mainly an inorganic electrolyte and an inorganic acid, and the dispergator can convert agglomerated or agglomerated colloidal particles into sol or uniformly dispersed suspended particles.
