Positioning method and positioning device between horizontal grid and vertical grid
The invention discloses a positioning method and device between a horizontal grating and a vertical grating. The positioning method comprises the following steps that S1, a plurality of first box body platforms and a plurality of second box body platforms which are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction are welded to the right end of an existing horizontal grating and the lower end of an existing vertical grating; s2, leveling a horizontal grid, and after concrete is poured and fixed, installing at least two positioning devices at the position close to the first box body platform in the longitudinal direction; one end of a vertical positioning surface of the positioning device faces the first box body platform, and the vertical positioning surfaces are located on the same plane in the longitudinal direction; s3, the vertical grating in the S1 is hoisted to the position of the first box body platform in the S2, and the lower end face of the second box body platform abuts against the upper plane of the first box body platform in an attached mode; the left side end face of the vertical grating is attached to the vertical positioning face, and the vertical grating is detachably and fixedly connected with one end of the vertical positioning face; and (S3) concrete is poured into the vertical grids in the step (S3), and the positioning devices are dismantled after curing is completed. The positioning device has the advantages of being simple in structure, high in positioning precision and high in positioning speed.
