The invention relates to a high-speed rail box girder steel strand auxiliary penetrating device which comprises a base, a plurality of first through holes are formed in the middle of the base, a plurality of chucks are arranged at the right end of the base, guide heads are arranged on the right sides of the chucks, a plurality of second through holes are formed in the middle of each chuck, and the upper end and the lower end of each chuck are each provided with a counter bore. A first sliding block is arranged in each counter bore, a supporting part is fixed to the upper end of each first sliding block, all the supporting parts on the same side are connected end to end and cannot horizontally move relatively, and horizontal movement limitation can be relieved after the supporting parts move outwards; the guide head is fixed to the front end of the steel strand, resistance of the arc-shaped hole channel to the front end of the steel strand during strand pulling operation is reduced, meanwhile, the multiple chucks are driven by the guide head to synchronously feed along the hole channel, and the outer edge face of the arc-shaped plate is tightly supported by the pull rope with one end fixed to the base from back to front after the pull rope is straightened in sequence from back to front.
本发明涉及一种高铁箱梁钢绞线辅助穿束装置,包括底座,底座中部开设有多个第一通孔,底座右端设置有多个卡盘,卡盘的右侧设置有导向头,每个卡盘中部开设有多个第二通孔,每个卡盘的上下两端分别开设有一个沉孔,每个沉孔内均设置有一个第一滑块,第一滑块上端固定有支撑部,同侧的所有支撑部首尾连接且无法相对水平移动,当支撑部向外移动后能够解除水平移动限制;本发明通过在钢绞线前端固定导向头,减小穿束作业时弧形孔道对钢绞线前端的阻力,同时通过导向头带动多个卡盘同步沿孔道进给,利用一端固定在底座上的拉绳由后向前依次被拉直后使弧形板外缘面对孔道撑紧。
