The invention discloses an environment-friendly pond upper portion desilting pretreatment device which comprises a ship body, a supporting frame is installed on the ship body, a transmission auger is installed outside the supporting frame through a supporting structure, a stirring barrel is rotationally connected to the outside of the transmission auger, and a plurality of feeding barrels are communicated to the outside of the stirring barrel; a sludge storage box is mounted on the ship body, and sludge at the bottom is conveyed upwards through an auger transmission shaft of a transmission auger, so that accumulation of the sludge at the bottom is reduced, and the phenomenon that the sludge at the bottom of a pond is accumulated and oxidized is reduced; in the process of overturning and collecting the sludge at the bottom of the pond, two rotors can be driven by a driving motor to rotate in a sealing box, so that air is pressurized, the pressurized air is conveyed into a sludge storage box, the stored sludge is lapped to other places of the pond by utilizing the pressurized air, and the sludge at the bottom of the pond is collected. Water balance of the pond is achieved by dispersing the accumulation position of the sludge, a pump room or a slurry pump is not needed on the whole, and the overall size and use cost are reduced.
