The invention discloses a full assembly type prestressed concrete frame structure beam-column joint construction method which comprises the following steps that components are prefabricated, the components comprise concrete frame columns and concrete frame beams, column prestress finish rolling twisted steel hole channels are reserved in the concrete frame columns, and column prestress finish rolling twisted steel hole channels are reserved in the concrete frame beams; a beam prestress finish rolling twisted steel hole channel is reserved in the concrete frame beam; reinforcing pipes are prefabricated, and the reinforcing pipes can penetrate through the column pre-stress finish-rolled twisted steel hole channels and the beam pre-stress finish-rolled twisted steel hole channels at the same time; reinforcing pipes are installed, the prestressed finish-rolled twisted steel bars are sleeved with the reinforcing pipes, the prestressed finish-rolled twisted steel bars sleeved with the reinforcing pipes are arranged in column prestressed finish-rolled twisted steel bar hole channels and beam prestressed finish-rolled twisted steel bar hole channels in a penetrating mode, and then tensioning and anchoring are conducted; and the compression joint of the concrete frame column and the concrete frame beam connecting joint is completed. The method has the advantages of being high in prefabrication assembly rate, controllable in construction quality and high in construction efficiency.
