Prestressed fabricated concrete beam-column connecting joint and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a prestress assembly type concrete beam column connecting joint which is arranged between the end of an overhanging beam of a prefabricated concrete column and the end of a prefabricated concrete beam and comprises a steel connecting piece and a replaceable friction energy dissipation device. Steel connecting pieces are mounted on the upper side and the lower side of the end part of the overhanging beam and the upper side and the lower side of the end part of the prefabricated concrete beam; every two adjacent steel connecting pieces are connected through prestressed tendons and friction energy dissipation devices, tolerance adjusting screw rods are further arranged on the steel connecting pieces, in the construction process, the prefabricated concrete columns and the prefabricated concrete beams are manufactured firstly, then hoisting installation is conducted, tolerance adjustment is conducted in the installation distance between the overhanging beams and the prefabricated concrete beams, and the installation distance between the overhanging beams and the prefabricated concrete beams is adjusted. Then node connection and friction energy consumption device installation are carried out; and finally, grouting materials are poured within the tolerance range. According to the joint, a prestress and high-strength bolt connection mode is adopted, a large amount of secondary pouring work is not needed, and on-site wet operation is reduced to the maximum extent.
本发明公开了一种预应力装配式混凝土梁柱连接节点,设置在预制混凝土柱的外伸梁端部以及预制混凝土梁的端部之间,包括钢制连接件和可更换的摩擦耗能装置,在外伸梁端部的上侧和下侧以及预制混凝土梁端部的上侧和下侧均安装有钢制连接件;相邻两个钢制连接件之间通过预应力筋以及摩擦耗能装置连接,钢制连接件上还设置有公差调节螺杆,施工时,先进行预制混凝土柱和预制混凝土梁的制作,然后进行吊装安装,并在外伸梁和预制混凝土梁的安装间距内进行公差调节,随后进行节点连接以及摩擦耗能装置的安装;最后在公差范围内进行灌浆料浇筑。本发明该节点采用预应力及高强螺栓连接的方式,无需大量的二次浇筑工作,最大限度减少了现场的湿作业。
