The invention relates to high-temperature ceramic and a batch hot-pressing preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, uniformly mixing ceramic raw material powder, then adding the mixed powder into a mold, quickly heating and pressurizing, stopping heating and pressurizing after a pre-sintering temperature is reached to finish pre-sintering so as to obtain ceramic blanks with certain density, then stacking the pre-sintered ceramic blanks in a non-pressure sintering furnace in batches, and then carrying out heat-preservation non-pressure final sintering once, so as to obtain the high-strength ceramic product. Therefore, a series of compact high-temperature ceramics with excellent performance are obtained. According to the method, the efficiency characteristics of different sintering processes in different sintering processes are utilized, the sintering cost of the ceramic is greatly reduced through step-by-step integration of the technological processes, the production efficiency is improved, and more importantly, various properties of the prepared high-temperature ceramic sample are equivalent to those of a traditional hot-pressed ceramic product.
本发明涉及一种高温陶瓷及其批量热压制备方法。首先将陶瓷原料粉末混合均匀,然后将其加入到模具中快速加热、加压,待达到预烧结温度后停止加热、加压完成预烧结,得到一定致密度的陶瓷坯体,接着将预烧结的陶瓷坯体批量码放在无压烧结炉中,再进行一次保温无压的终烧结,由此得到一系列致密且性能优异的高温陶瓷。本发明利用不同烧结工艺在不同烧结过程中的效率特性,通过工艺过程的分步集成极大的降低了陶瓷的烧结成本、提高了生产效率,更重要的是制得的高温陶瓷样品各项性能与传统热压陶瓷产品相当。
