The invention provides a plate ceramic membrane waste mud recycling method which comprises the following steps: step S1, repeatedly kneading and covering waste mud according to a sequence of kneading and covering, and adding water according to a ratio during the first kneading; s2, testing the water content; and S3, pugging the mixed pug after the moisture content test in the step S2 in a non-vacuum state, sieving, aging, and preserving moisture for later use. The raw materials of the ceramic membrane support body comprise the waste mud obtained by the flat plate ceramic membrane waste mud recycling method. According to the invention, the waste mud is repeatedly kneaded and covered after being added with water, so that the components of the waste mud are uniform, the particles are uniformly dispersed, and the waste mud can be reused as a composition raw material of the ceramic membrane support body, thereby realizing the reuse of the waste mud and avoiding subsequent environmental pollution and extra transfer cost caused by discarding of the waste mud; and the strength, porosity and pure water flux of the formed ceramic membrane support body all meet related requirements.
