Method for in-situ reinforcement and restoration of unearthed decayed ivory
The invention discloses a method for reinforcing and repairing unearthed decayed ivory in situ. The method comprises the following steps: S1, dehydrating an ivory to be reinforced; s2, a certain amount of calcium source and anhydrous citric acid are weighed and dissolved in deionized water to obtain a mixed calcium source solution A, a certain amount of phosphorus source is weighed and dissolved in deionized water to obtain a phosphorus source solution B, and the molar ratio of Ca < 2 + > in the solution A to PO4 < 2-> in the solution B is 1.66-1.68; and S3, the calcium source solution A and the phosphorus source solution B are dropwise added to the dehydrated to-be-reinforced ivory to make the to-be-reinforced ivory permeate, a certain amount of ammonia water and the to-be-reinforced ivory are placed together and sealed, the ammonia water volatilizes to adjust the pH, and hydroxyapatite is generated on the to-be-reinforced ivory in situ. According to the method, hydroxyapatite is generated in situ on the ivory to be reinforced by adopting a fumigation method, the ivory cannot be damaged, and the reinforcing effect is better. Hydroxyapatite is synthesized at the room temperature, ivory is reinforced at the room temperature, the conditions are mild, and the requirements of cultural relic protection are met.
