The invention discloses a steel pipe column pouring installation structure which comprises a reinforcement cage structure, an installation support and a steel pipe column installation frame. The lower end of the mounting bracket penetrates through the reinforcement cage structure and then is arranged at the bottom in the strip-shaped foundation groove; the steel pipe column installation frame comprises a steel pipe column flange and a plurality of steel pipe column screw assemblies, the steel pipe column flange is installed at the bottom end of a steel pipe column, the steel pipe column is arranged at the top of the installation support, steel pipe column screws downwards penetrate through the reinforcement cage structure and then are arranged at the bottom in the strip-shaped foundation groove, and poured concrete submerges the top of the installation support. According to the steel pipe column installation structure, the strip-shaped foundation groove is formed in the foundation layer, the reinforcement cage structure is placed in the strip-shaped foundation groove for structural reinforcement, then the steel pipe column installation frame is placed on the installation support, the installation support and the steel pipe column screw rod also stretch into the reinforcement cage, and finally concrete pouring is conducted on the installation support and the reinforcement cage structure, so that stable installation of the steel pipe column is achieved; and the step of leveling the grouting material is omitted in the installation process, and the installation operation can be completed through one-time pouring.
本发明公开了一种钢管柱浇筑安装结构,包括钢筋笼结构、安装支架、钢管柱安装架;安装支架下端穿过钢筋笼结构后置于条形基础槽内底部;钢管柱安装架包括钢管柱法兰、多个钢管柱螺杆组件,钢管柱法兰安装在钢管柱底端,钢管柱置于安装支架顶部,且钢管柱螺杆向下穿过钢筋笼结构后置于条形基础槽内底部,浇筑的混凝土没过安装支架顶部设置。本申请中,在基础层内设有条形基础槽并放入钢筋笼结构进行结构加固,然后将钢管柱安装架放置在安装支架上,且安装支架、钢管柱螺杆亦伸入钢筋笼内,最后通过对安装支架、钢筋笼结构进行混凝土浇筑,实现了对钢管柱的稳定安装,进而在安装过程中省去了灌浆料调平的步骤,进行一次浇筑即可完成安装操作。
