The invention discloses a sterilization assembly of sanitary ware. The sterilization assembly comprises a shunt valve (12), an electrolytic atomizer (16) and a control valve (18). The shunt valve is provided with a water inlet (122), a sterilization water outlet (124) and a flushing water outlet (126), and the shunt valve controls the water inlet to be communicated with the sterilization water outlet and/or the flushing water outlet. The electrolysis atomizer comprises an electrolysis atomization box (162), an immersion type electrolysis module (160) and an atomization module (168). The electrolytic atomization box is provided with a liquid inlet and a mist outlet. And the immersion type electrolysis module and the atomization module are arranged in the electrolysis atomization box. The control valve is connected into a cleaning device of the sanitary ware through a pipeline and further connected with the flushing water outlet and the mist discharging opening through a pipeline so as to control the cleaning device to be communicated with the flushing water outlet to obtain water flow or communicated with the electrolysis atomizer to obtain atomized steam. The sterilization assembly is small in occupied space, good in sterilization effect, safe to use and low in production and use cost. The invention further provides a sanitary ware and a sterilization method.
