The invention discloses a sterilization assembly of sanitary ware. The sterilization assembly comprises a shunt valve (12), an overflowing type electrolyzer (14), an atomizer (16) and a control valve (18). The shunt valve is provided with a water inlet (122), a sterilization water outlet (124) and a flushing water outlet (126), and the shunt valve controls the water inlet to be communicated with the sterilization water outlet and/or the flushing water outlet. And the overflowing electrolyzer is connected with the sterilization water outlet through a pipeline. The atomizer is connected with the flow type electrolyzer through a pipeline so as to obtain and atomize the electrolyte electrolyzed by the flow type electrolyzer and generate atomized steam. An output side pipeline of the control valve is connected with a cleaning device of the sanitary ware, and an input side pipeline of the control valve is connected with the flushing water outlet and the atomizer so as to control the cleaning device to be communicated with the flushing water outlet to obtain water flow or communicated with the atomizer to obtain atomized steam. The sterilization assembly is small in occupied space, large in sterilization area, good in sterilization effect, safe to use and low in production and use cost. The invention further provides a sanitary ware and a sterilization method.
