The invention discloses an unfired solid waste-based permeable reactive barrier composite particle filler and a preparation method thereof, modified steel slag micro-powder, desulfurized gypsum powder and fly ash are used as main materials and mixed to form slurry, and the slurry is extruded to prepare the composite particle filler. The process is simple, the prepared composite particle filler is high in compressive strength and good in water resistance, heavy metal ions such as Cd < 2 + >, Pb < 2 + > and Ni < 2 + > can be effectively removed, and the removal rate can reach 90.89% or above. After 28 days of dynamic adsorption, the permeability coefficient and the Cd < 2 + > removal rate can still reach 5.36 * 10 <-3 > cm/s and 72.32%; the long-acting purification effect is good, and the problem of pore blockage caused by traditional filler can be effectively avoided. The method has a good application prospect in the aspect of polluted groundwater remediation, and has the characteristics of low production cost and easiness in large-scale production; the method is suitable for remediation and treatment of heavy metal ion polluted underground water in smelting slag fields, tailings ponds and the like.
本发明公开一种免烧固废基可渗透反应墙复合颗粒填料及其制备方法,以改性钢渣微粉、脱硫石膏粉、粉煤灰为主要材料,混合后形成的浆料并经挤压即可制备出所述复合颗粒填料。本发明工艺简单,制备的复合颗粒填料抗压强度高,耐水性能好,可以有效去除Cd2+、Pb2+、Ni2+等重金属离子,去除率可达90.89%以上。动态吸附28天时的渗透系数与对Cd2+的去除率仍能达到5.36×10‑3cm/s与72.32%;长效净化效果良好,可以有效避免传统填料带来的孔隙堵塞问题。本发明在污染地下水修复方面拥有良好的应用前景,具有生产成本低、易于规模化生产的特点;适用于冶炼渣场、尾矿库等重金属离子污染地下水的修复治理。
