The invention relates to the technical field of grouting, in particular to a carbon fiber reinforced grouting repair material and preparation and application thereof. The composite cement is used as a base material, the quartz sand, the silica fume, the mineral powder and the fly ash are selected as fillers to be added, and the carbon fibers, the sodium polyacrylate dispersing agent and the polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent are matched for synergistic interaction, so that the carbon fiber reinforced grouting repair material is prepared; wherein the carbon fibers are uniformly and disorderly distributed in the grouting repair material to form a stable three-dimensional network structure, so that the internal structural stress of the grouting repair material is dispersed, the slurry performance is remarkably enhanced, and the compressive strength, the splitting tensile strength and the breaking strength of a slurry curing structure are improved; the added sodium polyacrylate dispersing agent greatly improves the dispersion degree of the carbon fibers in the grouting repair material, enhances isotropy and enhances the crack resistance of the carbon fibers in slurry; and the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is added, and the stirring process is optimized, so that the fluidity of the grouting repair material doped with the carbon fibers is greatly improved.
本发明涉及注浆技术领域,尤其是涉及一种碳纤维增强注浆修复料及其制备与应用。本发明复合水泥为基料,选用石英砂、硅灰、矿粉、粉煤灰为填料加入,配伍碳纤维、聚丙烯酸钠分散剂、聚羧酸减水剂协同相互作用,制备得到碳纤维增强注浆修复料;其中,碳纤维在注浆修复料中均匀乱向分布,形成稳定的三维网络结构,分散注浆修复料内部结构应力,显著地增强了浆体性能,提高了浆体固化结构的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度以及抗折强度;加入的聚丙烯酸钠分散剂大大提高了碳纤维在注浆修复料中的分散程度,增强各项同性,加强碳纤维在浆体中的阻裂性能;加入聚羧酸减水剂并对搅拌工艺进行了优化,大大改善了碳纤维掺杂后注浆修复料的流动度。
