The ladle filler sand can be used for refining a ladle nozzle, has good fluidity, low thermal expansion rate and proper bulk density, and has the advantages of proper thickness of a sintered layer, strong permeation resistance and erosion resistance and capability of effectively improving the automatic casting rate.
