The invention discloses a construction method for dismantling and rebuilding a retaining wall adjacent to a building, and relates to the technical field of engineering repair, and the method comprises the following steps: at the top position of a damaged retaining wall, cleaning a slope surface for leveling, forming a hole at the leveling position by adopting a geological drilling machine, cleaning the hole by adopting slurry after sinking the hole, and fixing a steel pipe pile and a reinforcing base through a connecting assembly after a pile hole is formed; and after the steel pipe pile touches the inner bottom wall of the pile hole, the vertical insertion rod can be inserted into the ground and push the floor to move upwards, cement paste is injected, the grouting pressure is controlled to be 0.6-0.8 MPa, and formwork erecting and pouring are completed. According to the method, the problems that construction is limited, a hole forming machine cannot be operated, if a retaining wall is directly dismantled for direct reconstruction, the slope surface has large threat to a building and a temporary slope surface is constructed, the earthwork excavation volume is large, and large potential safety hazards exist are solved, the slope surface stability is enhanced, the slope surface safety is guaranteed, and a slope surface supporting structure is reinforced; implementation is not affected by surrounding existing buildings.
本发明公开了一种紧邻建筑物挡墙拆除重建的施工方法,涉及工程修复技术领域,该方法包括:在破损挡墙顶位置,清理坡面找平,采用地质钻机在找平位置成孔,沉孔后采用泥浆清孔,桩孔成型后,通过连接组件将钢管桩和加固底座进行固定,之后下入钢管桩,钢管桩触碰桩孔内底壁后,竖向插杆可插入地面并推动地板向上移动,注入水泥浆,注浆压力控制在0.6‑0.8MPa,支模浇筑完成等步骤。本发明中,改善施工受限,成孔机械没办法操作,若是直接拆除挡墙直接重建,坡面对建筑物威胁较大,修临时坡面,则土方开挖量较大,存在着较大的安全隐患的问题,增强了坡面稳定性,保证坡面安全,加固了坡面支护结构,实施不受周边既有建筑物的影响。
