The invention provides an auxiliary beam steel bar out-of-mold construction method and device. The method comprises the steps that firstly, preparation before construction is conducted, a crosspiece is placed on a beam formwork, then needed beam main steel bars are placed according to a blanking surface, and then stirrups are arranged in a penetrating mode; secondly, the auxiliary device is placed on the floor formworks on the two sides of the beam formwork, a sleeper is placed below the two longitudinal rods on the same side of the device, and the longitudinal rods of the device are erected on the sleeper; thirdly, after the beam steel bars are bound, acceptance inspection is qualified, beam steel bar cushion blocks are placed, the beam steel bars are lifted through an auxiliary device, and the crosspieces are pulled out; the workers are responsible for device operation in a one-to-one mode, steel bars are lowered according to the method from one side to the other side, and excessive deformation of the steel bars is avoided in the process; and 5, taking out the auxiliary device, installing floor reinforcing steel bars, pouring concrete after acceptance, and curing and forming. By means of the auxiliary device, the situation that when the beam steel bar sinks, the formwork is impacted, consequently, the formwork deforms, and the column stirrup is pulled and deformed can be avoided.
本发明提供了一种辅助梁钢筋模外施工方法及装置,一、施工前准备,在梁模板上放置横木,然后将所需梁主筋按下料表摆放好,然后穿好箍筋;二、摆放辅助装置,摆放位置为梁模板两边的楼板模板,且装置同一边的两根纵杆下,放置一根枕木,装置的纵杆架立在此枕木上;三、梁钢筋绑扎好后,验收合格,放置梁钢筋垫块,使用辅助装置将梁钢筋提升,并抽出横木;四、钢筋梁下放,工人一对一负责装置操作,按照由一边到另一边的方法进行钢筋下放,过程中避免钢筋产生过大变形;五、取出辅助装置,安装楼板钢筋,验收合格后浇筑混凝土并养护成型。本发明通过借用一种辅助装置,能够避免梁钢筋下沉时,对模板造成冲击导致模板变形以及对柱箍筋拉扯变形。
