The invention provides an application of mirabilite tailings in preparation of building material products. The mirabilite tailings comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 65%-78% of CaSO4, 10%-24% of Na2SO4 and 10%-20% of water insoluble substances. The invention also provides a low-carbon cementing material and synthetic sand prepared from the pretreated mirabilite tailings. According to the method, the utilization rate of the mirabilite tailings can reach 90%, the utilization rate of the mirabilite tailings is greatly increased, resource utilization of the mirabilite tailings solid waste is truly achieved, and the problem that a large number of waste tailings are piled up is solved. And the whole process method is simple, efficient and easy for industrial production.
本发明提供了一种芒硝尾矿在制备建材产品中的应用,所述芒硝尾矿包含以下质量百分含量的组分:CaSO4 65%~78%、Na2SO4 10%~24%、水不溶物10%~20%。本发明还提供了利用所述预处理芒硝尾矿制备获得的低碳胶凝材料和合成砂。本发明中芒硝尾矿的利用率能够达到90%,大大提高了芒硝尾矿的利用率,在真正意义上实现了芒硝尾矿固废的资源化利用,解决了废弃尾矿大量堆存的问题。且整体工艺方法简单、高效,易于工业化生产。
