The grouting material is excellent in performance and meets the JC/T986-2005 standard of common grouting materials, the strength is larger than or equal to 30 Mpa within 1-3 days after pouring forming, the vertical expansion rate is larger than or equal to 0.02%, no corrosion effect is generated on reinforcing steel bars, and the grouting material can be widely applied to occasions such as non-bearing walls, heat distribution pipelines, heat supply pipeline heat insulation and heat preservation shell layers and industrial kiln outer heat preservation layers; the production process is simple, and the economic and environmental benefits are remarkable.
本发明涉及一种以黄金尾矿为原料的泡沫混凝土灌浆材料及其制备方法,属于固废资源化处理技术领域,解决了现有技术中黄金尾矿回收利用不充分、直接丢弃会造成资源浪费和环境污染等问题中的至少一个。本发明公开了一种泡沫混凝土灌浆材料,由固体料和液体料两部分组成,其中,固体料含有黄金尾矿处理物、水泥、玻璃丝绒和发泡剂;液体料含有有机粘结剂、增稠剂、减水剂、早强剂和水。上述灌浆材料性能优异,符合普通型灌浆料JC/T986‑2005标准,浇筑成型后1~3天内强度≥30Mpa,竖向膨胀率≥0.02%,对钢筋无任何锈蚀作用,可广泛应用于非承重墙体、热力管道、供热管道隔热保温外壳层、工业窑炉外保温层等场合;且生产工艺简单,经济和环境效益显著。
