The invention relates to the field of wear-resistant silicon nitride ceramic production, in particular to a preparation method and a preparation system of a wear-resistant silicon nitride ceramic material, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, fully mixing 10-30 parts of additive powder, 20-35 parts of silicon powder, 5-10 parts of alpha-alumina powder and 5-10 parts of yttrium oxide to prepare a biscuit; and S2, the obtained biscuit is sintered in a nitrogen atmosphere, the sintering temperature is controlled to be 1600-1900 DEG C, and the nitrogen pressure is controlled to be 0.5-10 MPa. A plurality of methods can be adopted for preparing the biscuit in the step S1, and the most common methods are dry pressing molding, casting molding and extrusion molding. In order to meet the requirements of a forming process, various additives, such as polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), polyvinyl butyral (PVB), polyacrylate (PAA), cellulose derivatives and the like, can be added in a biscuit preparation process.
