The invention relates to a concrete closed-cell micro-foam air entraining method. According to the method, 0.5-1 kg of an air entraining agent and 0.5-1 kg of a concrete plasticizing foam stabilizer are added into each cubic meter of concrete when the concrete is prepared. The air entraining agent is prepared from a surfactant AES, a surfactant AOS and water; the concrete plasticizing foam stabilizer is prepared from carboxymethyl cellulose, redispersible instant emulsion powder, polyacrylamide and mineral powder. The concrete air entraining agent and the concrete plasticizing foam stabilizer are used at the same time, the slump loss and segregation degree of the concrete can be reduced, the concrete is in a good plastic state for a long time, the influence of state factors is eliminated, and the air entraining amount and the bubble form are controllable.
