The invention discloses an integrated self-closing type ultrasonic intelligent grouting machine tool and a grouting construction method.The integrated self-closing type ultrasonic intelligent grouting machine tool comprises an ultrasonic generator arranged outside a grouting pipe in a sleeving mode, and slurry penetrating holes are formed in the side wall of the ultrasonic generator; and self-closed plugging air bags are arranged on the grouting pipe at the upper end and the lower end of the ultrasonic generator respectively. The grouting machine is simple in structure, easy to install and operate, high in intelligent degree and outstanding in grouting effect; the grouting construction method comprises the following steps that during grouting operation, grout enters an ultrasonic generator from a grout outlet of a grouting pipe and then enters a pore-forming inner cavity from a grout penetrating hole, and along with increase of the grouting pressure in a pore, the grout pushes self-closing type plugging air bags at the two ends of the grouting pipe to move upwards and downwards correspondingly, so that the grouting pressure in the pore is increased; when the grouting pressure is increased, the plugging air bag is extruded to protrude and seal an upper channel and a lower channel on the hole wall, so that a section of relatively closed cavity is formed, grout is poured into the joint fissures on the hole wall along with further increase of the grouting pressure, and in the grouting process of the joint fissures, ultrasonic waves emitted by the ultrasonic generator have the effect of boosting the grout to move, so that the grouting effect is improved.
本发明公开了一种一体化自闭式超声波智能灌浆机具及其灌浆施工方法,本发明的一体化自闭式超声波智能灌浆机具,包括套设在注浆管外的超声波发生体,所述超声波发生体侧壁上开设有透浆孔;在所述超声波发生体上下两端的注浆管上分别设置有自闭式封堵气囊。本发明的灌浆机具结构简单,易于安装操作,智能化程度高,灌浆效果突出;本发明的灌浆施工方法如下:灌浆作业时,浆液从注浆管的出浆孔进入超声波发生体内,再从透浆孔进入成孔内腔,随着孔内注浆压力的增加,浆液分别推动注浆管两端的自闭式封堵气囊向上和向下移动,挤压封堵气囊突出封闭孔壁上下通道,使之形成一段相对封闭的腔室,随着注浆压力进一步增大,开始往孔壁上的节理裂隙中灌注浆液,在向节理裂隙灌浆过程中,超声波发生体发出的超声波具有助推浆液移动的作用提高了注浆效果。
