3D printing broadband seismic metamaterial device and design method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of civil engineering seismic isolation, in particular to a 3D printing broadband seismic metamaterial device and a design method thereof. The device is uniformly arranged at the periphery of a seismic isolation target; according to the arrangement mode, the device is arranged above the ground and is semi-buried in soil or completely buried under the ground. The seismic metamaterial device comprises a front bottom plate and a rear bottom plate which are arranged in an attached mode. The two bottom plates are each provided with a plurality of seismic metamaterial single crystal cells which are arranged periodically. Each seismic metamaterial single crystal cell comprises an inner lantern ring and an outer lantern ring which are coaxially arranged and have C-shaped cross sections, a gap exists between the outer wall of the inner lantern ring and the inner wall of the outer lantern ring, and the opening directions of the two lantern rings are opposite; the inner lantern ring, the outer lantern ring, the front bottom plate and the rear bottom plate are all obtained through a 3D printing method. The device is simple in structure and is used for isolating vibration of which the main peak frequency spectrum value is 2Hz-60Hz.
本发明涉及土木工程隔震技术领域,尤其是涉及一种3D打印宽频地震超材料装置及其设计方法。该装置均匀布置在隔震目标周边;布置方式分为:设在地面以上、半埋土或者全部埋在地面以下;地震超材料装置包括贴合设置的前底板和后底板,在两块底板上均设有多个周期排列的地震超材料单晶胞;每个所述地震超材料单晶胞包括同轴设置且横截面均为C型的内套环和外套环,内套环的外壁与外套环的内壁之间存在间隙且两个套环的开口方向相背;所述内套环、外套环、前底板和后底板均通过3D打印的方法获得;所述装置结构简单,用于对主峰频率谱值为2Hz‑60Hz的震动形成隔绝。
