The invention discloses an anti-buckling supporting structure capable of self-resetting and a self-resetting method thereof. The supporting structure comprises a metal plate, and a first clamping groove and a second clamping groove are formed in the two ends of the metal plate correspondingly; the metal plate is sleeved with the inner sleeve, and a cavity of the inner sleeve is divided into two cavities through the metal plate; the first lug plate is clamped and fixed in the first clamping groove and is connected to one end of the inner sleeve; the restraining assembly is supported between the metal plate and the inner wall of the inner sleeve; the outer sleeve is arranged outside the inner sleeve in a sliding and sleeving manner; the second lug plate is clamped and fixed in the second clamping groove and is connected to one end of the outer sleeve; the two end plates are arranged at the two ends of the outer sleeve in a covering mode, and cross-shaped through grooves are formed in the end plates; and the prestressed tendons are anchored between the two end plates, and the anti-seismic effect is improved by arranging the supporting structure.
