The invention relates to a building thermal insulation outer wall structure which comprises a wall body, thermal insulation boards which are mutually fixed through a mounting structure are mounted on the wall body, the mounting structure comprises an extension board on one side wall of one thermal insulation board, a matching board of the other adjacent thermal insulation board and a lifting block arranged on the thermal insulation board, and matching protrusions are fixed to the matching board at intervals. The extension plate can deform and is provided with a matching groove allowing the matching protrusion to be inserted therein, the lifting block can protrude out of the heat preservation plate, the lifting block is held and pulled outwards, and the matching protrusion is disengaged from the matching groove. The heat preservation plates are installed on the wall, the adjacent heat preservation plates are connected in an interference fit mode through deformation of the matching protrusions and the matching grooves, and therefore the installation firmness is improved through installation and positioning of three sites; and the lifting blocks protrude out of the heat-insulating plates, so that the heat-insulating plates are easier to disassemble, the heat-insulating plates are more convenient to replace, the heat-insulating plates beside do not need to be disassembled, and the construction efficiency is improved.
